Walking the middle path means being open to the notions of acceptance and change at the same time. It also means being aware of extremes but choosing to walk along the middle instead. A practical example of choosing the middle path could be saying to yourself “I am facing giant setbacks AND I can try to solve them” or “I can do this AND it’s going to be really hard.” Choosing the middle path brings balance into life situations. We found the perfect balance between light and dark roasts to make our Middle Path, a highly enjoyable medium roast coffee.
Grown in the Mogiana region of Sao Paolo, Brazil where the temperatures and altitude (2,600-3,900 ft.) are just right to produce high quality beans that are unique for their lower acidity levels. When roasting we create bold flavors that balance with the smoothness of this coffee.
