Who wants to enter into the darkness?…who wants to go to the places that scare them most? Carl Jung, a hero of ours at Bandits HQ, once said “that which you most need, will be found where you least want to look.” He called exploring that darkness; “shadow work”. He points out there’s gold to be found in that darkness, a light that will provide positive value in your life. In honor of Carl Jung, us Bandits offer Shadow Work, our darkest roast that will bring out the hidden value in your morning cup coffee. If you like your coffee dark, this is for you!
Grown in the sub region of the Andes known as Sierra Nevada (meaning “snow-topped mountains”). The slightly lower altitude compared to other growing regions of Colombia create unique conditions. The result is a rounder coffee bean with deeper flavor profiles. There’s a smoky complexity and a banana leaf aroma of this coffee make it a favorite here at Bandits HQ (personally, we love a good dark roast even if that's not the cool thing these days).
